FATORDA: Goa Forward Party (GFP) today has refuted claims of its leader Vijai Sardesai meeting the All India Congress Committee (AICC) leader in New Delhi regarding the nomination of a candidate.
GFP Leader Durgadas Kamat was reacting to a news article mentioning Vijai meeting AICC leaders in Delhi.
“Our President has not met anyone regarding the nomination of a candidate. Declaration of Candidate is purely an internal matter of the INC We have openly said in the past that we are opposed to the sitting MP Vijai Bab has travelled to #London directly from Goa and not via #Delhi on 29th March 2024,” said Kamat.
He further claimed that responsible Journalism is the need of the hour while stating that they have registered a protest with the Editor of that particular organisation.
