PANAJI: Leader of Opposition Yuri Alemao has accused the BJP-led Goa government of betraying the state’s youth following fresh revelations in the alleged jobs-for-cash scam.
Alemao said the scandal had denied deserving candidates a fair chance at government employment and exposed deep-rooted corruption. He questioned whether those involved could now “hide their faces and evade accountability,” adding that the youth would not forgive the government for “jeopardizing their future through corruption and misuse of power.”
