Goa govt hikes DA for its employees

PANAJI: State government today hiked DA for its employees to 50% of their basic pay. The hike will be implemented with retrospective effect from January 1, 2024 with the arrears being paid out along with the salary for April.
“Goa Government hiked DA for its employees to 50% of their basic pay; hike will be implemented with retrospective effect from January 1, 2024 with the arrears being paid out along with the salary for April,” the order states
The order states that the same may be paid to the employees from the month of April 2024 onwards, along with arrears of the months from January 2024 to March 2024.
