PANAJI: Goa government today has issued office memorandum enhancing DA from 50% to 53% of the basic pay with effect from July 1, 2024
“Government is pleased to adopt the Office Memorandum No. 1/5/2024-E-11 (B) dated 21 October, 2024 issued by Government of India, for enhancement of D.A. from 50% to 53% of the Basic Pay w.e.f. 1″ July, 2024 for its employees and employees of GIA Educational Institutions, who are drawing pay and allowances in terms of Order No.8/1/2016-Fin(R&C)/(A) dated 30/11/2016,’ the order states
The order further states that the same may be paid to the employees from the month of November 2024 onwards, along with arrears of the months from July 2024 to October 2024.
