PORVORIM: A high-level meeting was chaired at Mantralaya, Porvorim, to review the implementation of the Mhaje Ghar Yojana, with a focus on ensuring effective outreach and timely delivery of benefits to eligible Goans.
The meeting was attended by Revenue Minister @babushofficial, Revenue Secretary Sandeep Jacques, Collectors of North and South Goa, Director of Panchayats, Director of Municipal Administration, along with senior officials of the Revenue Department, including Deputy Collectors and Mamlatdars.
Discussing the importance of the scheme, Chief Minister Pramod Sawant said,
“Our government is committed to delivering the long-pending housing rights of Goans in a transparent, efficient, and time-bound manner.
Mhaje Ghar Yojana is a step towards ensuring dignity and security for all eligible citizens, and we will leave no stone unturned in its effective implementation.”
Officials deliberated on streamlining processes, improving transparency, and ensuring seamless implementation of the housing scheme across the state, emphasizing that eligible beneficiaries will receive their rightful housing without delay.
