PANAJI: Chief Minister Pramod Sawant said that as per the statistics provided in the recently concluded meeting, government has seen an increase of 18% in revenue collection and also a significant rise in capital expenditure of around 29% over the previous financial year.
“I am pleased to say that, as per the statistics provided in the recently concluded meeting, govt has seen an increase of 18% in revenue collection and also a significant rise in capital expenditure of around 29% over the previous financial year, which is a positive sign of effective fiscal management,” said Sawant
He further said that the performance of Goa is the outcome of the overall infrastructure, human resources, and social sector development carried out in the state.
“The Centre, through its liberal reforms in ease of doing business, has been promoting investments in the sectors of renewable energy, information technology, and electronics manufacturing,” he added
