PANAJI: Goa Netball Association will conduct Senior selection Trials for men & women teams in Traditional Netball & Fast 5 Netball to select Goa team probables for the 37th National Games 2023 to be held in Goa in October/November 2023.
The Selection Trials will be held as per the schedule below:-
1. Ponda Taluka:- Ponda Sports Complex ground, Curti ponda Goa on 10th June 2023 at 3.00pm
2. Marmugao Taluka:- Chicalim Sports Complex ground, Chicalim , Dabolim Goa on 11th June 2023 at 3.00pm
3. Pernem Taluka:- Viscount High School ground, Pernem Goa, on 12th June 2023 at 3.00pm.
4. Sattari Taluka:- DSYA ground,Parye,Sanquelim Goa on 13th June 2023 at 3.00pm
5. Canacona Taluka:- Gurukul High School ground, Cola, Canacona Goa on 14th June 2023 at 3.00pm
6. Sanguem Taluka:- Govt Multipurpose Sports Complex, Sanguem Goa on 15th June 2023 at 3.00pm
7. Quepem Taluka:- SAG ground, Curchorem Goa on 16th June 2023 at 3.00pm
8. Dharbandora Taluka:- Panchayat ground, Mollem Goa, on 17th June 2023 at 3.00pm
9. Bardez Taluka:- Peddem Sports Complex,Peddem,Mapusa Goa on 18th June 2023 at 3.00pm
10. Bicholim Taluka:- Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaja Ground, Bicholim Goa on 19th June 2023 at 3.00pm.
11. Salcete Taluka:- PJN Stadium, Parking space, Fatorda, Margao Goa on 20th June 2023 at 3.00pm
12. Tiswadi Taluka:- SAG Sports Complex ground,Campal Panaji Goa on 21St June 2023 at 3.00pm
Interested players are requested to report to Pratish Naik- 91583 86802, Sameer Raikar 9923799566 or Sandeep Shetkar- 98221 25734 at the venue with the playing kit at the above venues.
The players with good height and who have played basketball or handball can attend the trials as per the above schedule.
The selected players will undergo a Diet camp from 5th July 2023 & then a residential camp to select the final teams for the National Games.
All the expenditure on their diet, kit & other allowances will be borne by the sports authority of Goa, Govt of Goa.
