MAPUSA: Anjuna police has arrested two Maharashtra natives with drugs worth Rs 5.45 lakhs from Arpora.
According to police, on Thursday between 17.45 hrs to 19.50 hrs at Arpora, Bardez Goa upon specific and reliable information a narcotic raid was conducted wherein accused person namely Suresh Kale, 37, Solapur, Maharashtra was found in illegal possession of 35.31 grams psychotropic drug suspected to be ‘ Heroine ‘ and accused person namely Suban Shaikh, 45, Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra was found in illegal possession of 20.35 grams of psychotropic drug suspected to be Heroine of W/Rs. 5,45,000/ – approx.
Further investigation is in progress under the Supervision of PI Prashal PN Dessai of Anjuna Police Station with overall Supervision of SDPO Mapusa, Sandesh Chodankar and SP North, Shri. Nidhin Valsan, IPS.
