PANAJI: Goa recorded positivity rate of 7.8 % with 235 of the 3003 samples testing positive for covid. With 293 recoveries, active count of the state stands at 2,604.
Five more people died due to covid in the last 24-hours taking the death toll of the state to 3,032. Of the 5 deaths 3 were recorded at GMC and 2 at SGDH. A 52–year-old man from Benaulim, 48–year-old woman from Dabolim, 72–year-old man from Saligao,60–year-old woman from Velsao and 60–year-old woman from Sanguem succumbed to covid in last 24-hours.
