PANAJI: Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant today informed that he would be presenting the Goa State Budget 2020-22 by the end of March with focus on Swayampuran Goem.
“Rs 300 cr, sanctioned in Union Budget, would be utilised for human and infrastructure development; for renovation of monuments related to freedom struggle, ” said CM Dr Pramod Sawant
He further said that he would he would presenting the Goa State Budget 2020-22 by the end of March with focus on Swayampuran Goem.
“State borrowing limit for FY 2021-22 will cross Rs 4,000cr; however our borrowing will be much within limit,” he said
CM also said that this FY the states borrowing is hardly Rs 2,600 crore as against the limit of Rs 3,900 crore.
Meanwhile, CM Sawant said that an Eklavya School for which the central budget has given finances, will be set up in Goa.
“In this regard we have already sent proposal for one such school and now this time we are contemplating to bring such a school for ponda taluka,” CM informed
