PANAJI: The roar of engines and the thrill of speed will take center stage as the India Round of the Asia Pacific Rally Championship (APRC) races into action from April 25 to 27, 2025, at the Madras International Circuit, hosted by the renowned Madras Motor Sports Club (MMSC). This year’s edition, titled the Indu Chandhok Memorial Champions Trophy, is officially sanctioned by the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA) as a key stop in the APRC calendar.
Amidst top-tier rally talent from Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, and India, Goa will proudly field a strong contingent, with INRC Champion Shri Vaibhav Marathe, along with Shri Aditya Naik and Shri Omkar Naik, all set to compete. Their inclusion marks a landmark moment for Goan motorsports, elevating the state’s presence on the international rally scene.
The championship promises an adrenaline-filled weekend, featuring a dynamic combination of high-speed circuit runs and technical gravel rally stages designed to push both drivers and machines to their limits.
