Panaji: Goa has earned national recognition after the music video “Ganpati Tu Sarvashreshtha” won the 1st Best Music Video Award at the Pimpri Chinchwad International Film Festival of India held in Pune.
The award was announced during the 4th edition of the festival, which took place from March 3 to 5 at the Ga. Di. Madgulkar Natyagruh in Akurdi under the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation.
The prestigious festival was organised with the Film and Television Institute of India, functioning under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, as the official partner.
The recognition has brought pride to Goa’s creative community, as the devotional music video celebrating Lord Ganpati stood out among entries from across the country and internationally. The award highlights the growing talent and artistic excellence emerging from the state’s music and film industry.
