PONDA: Ponda Taluka Gomantak Bhandari Samaj, President Vishwanath Naik along with vice president Dadi Naik, Dilip Naik and Hemanth Naik addressing to media, said that one Atish Mandrekar has started defaming central President of Gomantak Bhandari Samaj Ashok Naik alleging that he has given Samaj Certifcates to migrants by accepting money.
He cleared that Samaj certificates are not given by Central Committee President but the Local Taluka Committees after verifying with local Bhandari gram sabha committees of villages who verifies the application forms for the Caste certificate of Bhandari Samaj and after this procedure they are issued.
“So no point in blaming President of Central Committee,” he said.
