PANAJI: The Governor of Goa has summoned two-day session of Goa Legislative Assembly on October 18 and 19, 2021. The order to this effect was issued by Governor Pillai today.
This session is expected to be major game changer as the state government may withdraw or modify the controversial Bhumiputra Adhikarini Bill passed in the last assembly session.
The sixteenth session is expected to the last session of the seventh Assembly, before the state heads for polls, expected to be held in early 2022.
