Panaji: AAP MLA Capt. Venzy Viegas on Monday lashed out at the government for repeated delays in fulfilling key commitments, accusing it of functioning on a cycle of “tarik pe tarik” with little actual delivery.
“Whether it’s pensions, school textbooks, contractor payments, or the much-talked-about cabinet reshuffle — everything is pending. Goemkars are tired of waiting,” Viegas said, calling the delays symptomatic of a dysfunctional administration.
