Mopa: Passengers flying through Goa’s Manohar International Airport (GOX) this week have been urged to arrive well in advance in view of enhanced security measures in place for Independence Day.
Airport authorities said the additional screening protocols, implemented as part of nationwide security precautions, may result in longer check-in and security clearance times. Travellers have been advised to factor in the extra time to avoid delays and ensure a smooth boarding process.
“We appreciate passengers’ understanding and cooperation in maintaining a safe and seamless travel experience for all,” an airport spokesperson said.
