Speaking on the occasion, Director of Tourism Kedar Naik said the GTDC Calendar 2026 is more than a date-keeper. “This is not just a calendar; it is a beautiful showcase of Goa’s vibrant culture, heritage and the hidden gems that make our state a global destination,” he said. He added that the initiative reflects Goa Tourism’s continued focus on promoting sustainable and regenerative tourism.
The unveiling ceremony was held in the presence of GM (Marketing) Gavin Dias, DGM (Marketing) Deepak Narvekar, DGM (Administration) Sandeep Gawas, DGM (Finance) Kundan Naik, senior managers Vishesh Naik, Pravin Phaldesai and Prasad Kavlekar, along with other GTDC officials.
Naik said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant, the state is geared towards making 2026 a year of sustainable tourism and ‘Swayampurna’ growth. “Our vision is aligned towards planning, progress and prosperity, while ensuring that tourism growth remains environmentally responsible and community-driven,” he said.
The GTDC Calendar and Diary 2026 highlight Goa’s diverse landscapes, cultural traditions and heritage sites, while also drawing attention to offbeat and lesser-explored locations, in line with the state’s regenerative tourism goals.
