Panaji: The Government has rolled out the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign in three phases to inspire national pride, unity, and patriotism by encouraging every household to hoist the Indian Tricolour.
Phase one is underway from August 2 to 8, followed by phase two from August 9 to 15, and phase three from August 13 to 15, 2025. The National Implementation Committee has directed all States and Union Territories to conduct related activities.
Initiated under the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the campaign aims to transform the national flag from a purely formal symbol into a personal emblem of pride and commitment to nation-building. Over the past three years, it has evolved into a mass movement, with citizens from all walks of life participating through both online and offline events.
Residents are urged to hoist the Tiranga at their homes and share selfies with the flag at harghartiranga.com/selfie, celebrating the spirit of unity and the vision of a Viksit Bharat by 2047.
