PANAJI: Health Minister Vishwajit Rane today said that he has complete faith in the BJP leadership and no one dictates terms to the party.
“I have full faith in my leadership, and my chief minister and no third party should dictate terms to the BJP about who should be the chief minister,” said Rane.
He further said that he is a loyal karyakarta of the BJP and will go by the guidelines laid down by the party.
Speaking of pneumonia, Rane said it had claimed the lives of 2.5 million people, including 672,000 children.
“The COVID-19 pandemic, climate change, and conflict are all combining to fuel a pneumonia crisis putting millions more at risk of infection and death,” he added
Rane said that this World Pneumonia Day, let’s aggravate our efforts to mobilise and strengthen health systems to prevent, diagnose and treat pneumonia.
“We all have a role to play in ending pneumonia deaths by 2030,” he added.
