PANAJI: The High Court has granted bail to Samuel alias Samuel Premkumar Pujari and Gautam alias Gautam Rajendra Talwar, both residents of Mapusa, who were arrested by Colvale police on June 16 this year under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.
The duo had been taken into custody for allegedly throwing packets containing ganja into the premises of Colvale Jail.
Following their arrest, they were booked under provisions of the NDPS Act.
Granting them bail, the court imposed conditions to ensure their cooperation with the ongoing investigation.
