New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday held a telephonic conversation with Venezuela’s Acting President Delcy Rodriguez, during which both leaders agreed to deepen and expand bilateral relations across a wide range of sectors. The discussion marked the first direct engagement between the two sides since the recent change in leadership in Venezuela.
During the conversation, Prime Minister Modi emphasised India’s commitment to strengthening its partnership with Venezuela and expressed confidence that relations between the two countries would reach new levels in the coming years.
