Curchorem: the body of the XIth standard student, Rajat Suresh Naik, who jumped into river at Curchorem, was fished out by the Indiana Navy and Goa Fire fighters after 24 hours of the incident.
On Tuesday, Fire and Emergency services personnel have launched operation to search one Std XIth student who was caught on CCTV camera while jumping in the river at Curchorem.
The boy who is studying XIth Science in local higher secondary had skipped exams for last few days.
CCTV footage of a temple nearby showed the boy jumping in the river this morning.
He was not traceable after that. Fire and Emergency and Indian Navy services personnel were searching in the river since morning.
The body was finally found near the temple at Curchorem.
