South Africa will look to avenge their T20 World Cup 2024 heartbreak as they face India in a four-match T20I series starting this Friday.
India and South Africa last went head-to-head in the epic ICC final in June where the Men in Blue edged their opponents by a mere seven runs. It sealed a second T20I crown for the Rohit Sharma-led side.
India hopes to replicate a similar performance under their new captain Suryakumar Yadav. They were unrelenting in their previous T20I clash against Bangladesh where India put up a mammoth 297/6. They ended up winning that fixture by 133 runs.
The Hollywoodbets Kingsmead in Durban will host the opening India versus South Africa T20I clash on November 8. South Africa didn’t produce the best of shows in their recent T20I series against Ireland.
