The Indian Institute of Architects Goa chapter has welcomed the Building plan approval management system by TCP.
“Considering challenges of post Covid and transparency & consistent clarity in approval system, this is a very good step in facing the digital era for approval procedures in the State of Goa,” said Manguesh R Prabhugaonkar, Chairman – the Indian Institute of Architects Goa Chapter.
He congratulated the TCP team and said he looks forward to continue such online initiatives where human interventions and multiple interpretations will stop and also establish standardisation.
“We also request TCP to keep on updating their website by loading all the circulars and gazette notifications on regulars basis so that architects can refer this from their respective offices without visiting TCP offices,” he urged.
Further, he added, in long term this is a huge step at TCP in terms of professional and time bound services to the building industry.
