PANJIM: At the backdrop of 6 ISL players testing positive for COVID19, Sports Minister Babu Ajgaonkar said that the football league will held following proper SoP’s and norms.
“We have all the permissions for holding the league. The matches will be lef behind closed doors. No fans will be allowed to enter the stadium,” said Ajgaonkar
He said, “The league will be held according to the SoP’s and norms. People will only get to watch the match on TV,”
Six players from ISL clubs have tested positive for COVID19 before they were to enter the bio-secure bubble in Goa. The players are from ATK Mohun Bagan, FCGoa and HyderabadFC.
