The ANC reported that Himanshu Singh was caught during a raid outside Tivim Railway Station on Tuesday evening.
Singh was found with 4.910 kg of Ganja, valued at Rs 4.90 lakh.
This follows a recent operation where the ANC apprehended a Goan supplier and two transporters from Jharkhand with 13 kg of Ganja. With help from Jharkhand Police, the main supplier, who regularly smuggled the drug into Goa, was also arrested.
