PANAJI: Corporation of the City of Panaji Congress Councillor Joel Andrade was on Sunday announced elected Goa Youth Congress president by Indian Youth Congress President Srinivas BV in Delhi.
In a statement from Delhi, Joel said,” I’m thankful to our national in charge Krishna Allavaru ji, Srinivas BV bhai, senior Congress leader Girish Chodankar ji and Goa Youth Congress in charge Richi Bhargava for believing in me and giving me this opportunity.”
