PANAJI: Anjuna police have arrested a Kerala native Stevin Cleetes for drugs (Charas) worth Rs 90,000.
DySP Jivba Dalvi informed that on Monday raid was conducted at near fountain view restaurant Anjuna Goa by Anjuna Police consisting of PSI Dhiraj Devidas , Constable Ritesh Mahale, Shamba Shetgaonkar, Amir Phadte and Laxman Sawaldessai of Anjuna Police Station wherein one Stevin Cleetes s/o Joseph Jaison, age 23yrs , r/o Kochi, Kerala at present residing at hostel, near Starco junction Anjuna Goa was arrested for possessing illegal Drugs ‘Charas’ w/ Rs 90,000.
In this connection registered Anjuna PS Cr . No. 164/2023 U / s 20 ( b ) ( ii ) ( A ) of NDPS Act 1985. Further investigation is in progress with PSI Dhiraj Devidas under the supervision of Nidhin Valsan, IPS SP North Porvorim, Jivba G. Dalvi, SDPO Mapusa and PI Prashal PN. Dessai of Anjuna Police Station.
