PANAJI: Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge has approved the appointment of AICC Observers for Haryana and Madhya Pradesh as part of the party’s ongoing Sangathan Srijan Abhiyan, aimed at strengthening the organisation and facilitating the selection of District Congress Committee (DCC) Presidents.
As per the approved list, senior Congress leader, CWC member and former Goa Pradesh Congress Committee (GPCC) President Girish Chodankar has been appointed as the
AICC Observer for Haryana. Chodankar is already serving as the observer for Gujarat under the same organisational campaign.
The Sangathan Srijan Abhiyan is a key initiative by the All India Congress Committee to restructure and revitalise party units at the grassroots level across various states, with a focus on transparency and accountability in organisational appointments.
The appointments are effective immediately
