PANAJI: The Economic Offences Cell (EOC) of Panaji Police Station has issued a Look Out Circular (LOC) against Myron Rodrigues and others accused in the Rs 100 crores investment scam, to prevent them from fleeing the country.
Navnik Mario Armando Pereira of Benaulim, Sushant Manohar Ghodge of Pernem, Deepali Balkrishna Parab, Sunita Rodrigues, Joaquim Rosario Pires and Nolan Lawrence Antao from Fatorda, and Vijay Dattatray Joil from Sindhudurg, Maharashtra, have all been the targets of the LOC.
They are alleged to have defrauded about fifty investors. To make sure they are available for investigation, the LOC has been given.
In the meantime, the court has already granted temporary anticipatory bail to Nolan, Joaquim, Vijay, Navnik, and Sushant, who were the directors of Idylic Goan Gateways and Developments Private Limited.
