Ponda: A man has been booked for allegedly kidnapping a minor girl from Shiroda, Ponda.
Police said the incident occurred on August 5 at around 1 pm, when the accused, identified as Shantilal Dangi of Farmagudi, Ponda, originally from Rajasthan, allegedly took the girl away from her lawful guardianship and confined her at an unknown location.
Further investigation is being carried out by PSI Chetan Naik of Ponda Police Station.
