VEREM: A tragic incident occurred in Ambekhand-Verem when 36-year-old Ravi Biradar, a resident of Succoro-Bardez, lost his life after accidentally coming into contact with a live electrical wire at his mother’s residence.
Biradar was immediately taken to Goa Medical College (GMC) in Bambolim, where he was declared dead on arrival. Preliminary findings suggest the electrocution was accidental, but further investigation is underway to determine the exact cause.
