Sattari: A man was found dead at Chodankar Wada in Honda late Sunday night, police said.
According to Goa Police, a phone call was received from the 108 ambulance service at around 11:03 pm on March 15 informing that a person was lying at Chodankar Wada in Honda, Sattari.
Police rushed to the spot and conducted enquiries, during which the deceased was identified as Munna, who was residing in a rented room at the house of Dashrath Kauthankar at Chodankar Nagar, Honda. The deceased is reportedly a native of Odisha, though his full details are yet to be confirmed.
The body has been sent for preservation at the morgue of Goa Medical College and Hospital.
Further investigation is being carried out by PSI Khushali Naik of Valpoi Police Station.
