PANJIM: Minister Nilesh Cabral today said that the perpetrators in the Margao jeweler murder case should be given maximum sentence.
The Minister also congratulated the Police for their swift action in nabbing the accused.
“What has happened is not good and is shocking. I congratulate the police for working hard and arresting the culprits.” said Cabral
He said that various posts are doing rounds on social media demanding that they should be hanged publicly and some other things but it doesn’t work in that manner.
“The police who are doing the chargesheet should done in a strong manner. I urge the eyewitness to come forward and identify the culprits so that the case is strong.” he added
Meanwhile, Cabral has said that the culprits should be hanged until death for committing such a heroic crime.
