MAPUSA: The Mega Medical Camp held at the SIHFW Building, Old Asilo, Mapusa, witnessed an overwhelming response from the local community, reaffirming the growing trust in public healthcare services.
The event saw people from all walks of life come together to avail themselves of free, comprehensive health services, underscoring the significance of accessible healthcare for all.
This initiative reflects the ongoing commitment to the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Health Minister J.P. Nadda to make quality healthcare more accessible and inclusive for every citizen. By offering a wide range of medical services under one roof, the camp became a pivotal step towards realizing this goal.
The camp was organized with the active support of local MLA Joshua De Souza, whose coordination and efforts were crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of the event. “It was heartening to see such a large turnout. Events like these are a clear indication of how crucial public healthcare is to our communities. I am committed to continuing this effort to bring healthcare closer to every citizen,” said Shri Joshua De Souza.
