PANAJI:
M.E.S Vasant Joshi College of Arts & Commerce, Zuarinagarwon the Inter Collegiate Best Physique Championship 2024-2025, organized by Goa University at Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Stadium, Goa University Campus held on 3rd September 2024. St. Xavier’s College, Mapusa got the Runner-up position and third place was won by D.M’s College and Research Center, Assagao.
Mr. Bhaskar Gain of Don Bosco College of Engineering, Fatorda won the ‘Goa University Shree’ title 2024-2025.
Chief Guest for the presentation ceremony was Dr Vivek S. Pawar, AssistantDirector, Directorate of Sports & Youth Affairs, Govt. of Goa and Guest of Honor Damodar Naik, Technical Official of Goa Body Building and Fitness Association along with Balachandra B. Jadar, Asst. The Director of Physical Education and Sports, at Goa University graced the occasion and presented trophies and Medals to the winners.

Upto & including 60 Kgs:
Gold: Sameer Singh, M.E.S College, Zuarinagar;
Silver: Manav Kankonkar, S.S. Dempo College, Cujira;
Bronze: Saurabh Raikar, Parvatibai Chowgule College, Margao.
Upto & including 65 Kgs:
Gold: Brenden Sawant, St. Xavier’s College, Mapusa;
Silver: Sagar Rathod, Government College Quepem;
Bronze: Harshad Shirodkar, Fr. Agnel College, Pillar
Upto & including 70 Kgs:
Gold: Samarth Bhosle, M.E.S College, Zuarinagar;
Silver: Shalil A. Arolkar, St. Xavier’s College, Mapusa;

Upto & including 75 Kgs:
