OLD GOA: A case has been filed by the Old Goa police against an unnamed individual for the abduction of a little boy from Bainguinim.
According to the victim’s father’s complaint, the event happened on Thursday when his 14-year-old son left his rented room in Bainguinim, Old Goa, and did not come back.
The complainant believes that his minor son may have been abducted from his legal supervision by an unidentified individual.
The kid, who was 5.5 inches tall, thin-built, fair-skinned, and speaks Hindi and Punjabi, was dressed in blue trousers and a yellow and white short silver T-shirt.
In accordance with Section 8 of the Goa Children’s Act, 2003 and Section 137(2) of the BNS 2023, the Old Goa police have filed a case against the unnamed individuals.
