PONDA: A case of kidnapping has been registered at Ponda Police Station after a woman from Karnataka, presently residing in Ponda, complained that her minor daughter was abducted in the early hours of Friday.
Police said that around 3:00 am, unidentified person(s) allegedly kidnapped the girl from the lawful guardianship of her mother.
Investigation is underway to trace the minor and identify the accused.
