PONDA: Ponda Police have registered a kidnapping case following a complaint regarding a minor girl allegedly taken away from lawful guardianship.
According to police, the complaint was filed by the brother of the minor girl (name withheld), stating that on April 6, 2026, at around 12:45 pm, at Upper Bazar, Ponda, an unknown person allegedly kidnapped his minor sister from his lawful guardianship.
Ponda Police have registered an offence against unknown accused persons, and further investigation is being carried out by PSI Ashish Velip.
