Minor Girl Reported Kidnapped From Margao; Police Launch Search

MARGAO: Margao Town Police have launched an investigation after a man residing in Khareband, originally from Bihar, reported that his minor daughter had been kidnapped.
According to the complaint filed by the girl’s father (name withheld), the incident occurred around 6:00 pm on November 15, 2025, when an unknown person allegedly took the minor from his lawful guardianship without his consent.
Police registered a case of kidnapping and have begun efforts to trace the child and identify the suspect.
The investigation is being carried out by PSI Sanjay Velip of Margao Town Police Station.
