CANDOLIM: Calangute Police have registered an offence after a minor was allegedly threatened with a knife at a shack in Candolim.
According to police, the complaint was lodged on April 1, 2026 at 7:24 pm by the complainant (name withheld), a resident of Candolim, Bardez. The complainant alleged that on December 30, 2025, at around 10:30 pm at Siora Paradise Shack, Candolim, the accused Samuel Bobby Fernandes, residing at the same shack premises, allegedly placed a knife on the complainant’s neck and threatened with dire consequences.
Police stated that the complainant was below 18 years of age at the time of the incident.
Calangute Police have registered the case and further investigation is in progress under PSI Vishwajit Dhavalikar.
