Poriem: Poriem Constituency consists of 8 village panchayats, all of them are economically weak and fully dependent on GIA funds.
These funds are the lifeline for the panchayats to undertake essential infrastructure and execute welfare projects.
She requested the Minister Mauvin Godinho to give necessary instructions to the concerned authorities, to release GIA funds on top priority, so that developmental works can be undertaken by the Panchayats.
