“I want to know how a non-Goa-registered truck is plying in the state. Did the police check whether they are paying road tax? When an accident takes place, why is the local MLA sitting in the police station?” said Patkar.
Patkar has accused the local MLA Praveen Arlekar of putting him in the police station after the accident.

The tragic accident that occurred in Pernem, it completely shows a lack in the system and its operations.
