CANACONA: Minister of State for Animal Husbandry & Dairy, Madhya Pradesh Lakhan Patel visits Balram Residential School High school at AdarshGram and visited some of the houses built under Shram – Dham concept in Canacona.
According to the officie of Speaker, Speaker and Canacona MLA Ramesh Tawadkar (Founder Chairman of Balram Education Society) and Smt. Savita Tawadkar, Sarpanch of VP Poinguinim and Headmistress of Balram Residential High School, warmly welcomed Lakhan Patel, Minister of State for Animal Husbandry & Dairy, Madhya Pradesh, at Balram Residential High school, Adarsh Gram Amone on Friday.
During the visit, the Speaker introduced the MP Minister to the Shram Dham concept, a community-driven initiative of the Speaker in his personnel capacity for rebuilding houses for the needy in the State of Goa.
MP Minister Lakhan Patel, also visited Adarsh Gram Amone, where he witnessed remarkable rural development initiatives. He was amazed to see the advanced infrastructure of Shree Balram Residential High School, including the well-equipped laboratories, a smart classroom, a library, a spacious playground, and hostel facilities, all established in a deep tribal area. Impressed by the transformative efforts in education and community development, he praised the initiative and extended his best wishes for its continued success.
Shri akhan Patel was also seen visibly impressed by the “Shram-Dham” initiative and, after visiting a few houses, expressed his admiration and best wishes for its wider implementation not only in the Goa State but rest of the country.
