PONDA: The bus passenger proceeding from Mumbai-Margao overturned at Bythokhol Borim circle.
There were four passengers; however, one Passenger was trapped in Bus and was rescued by fire personnel.
The incident took place at 2 pm. Locals said this is the fifth such incident at Bythokhol Borim circle.
The fruit vendors selling vegetables luckily escaped as all of them had gone for taking lunch.
The locals alleged that the Bus was carrying cargo on top of Bus and it fell on one gadda at the roadside.
One parked scooter was also damaged after Bus fell on it. The driver fled the scene after the accident.
