The Childrens Court has remanded the Panjim based restauranteer’s son to five days police custody.
Varun Nayyar, a well known restaurant owner’s son, has veen arrested by Porvorim police for allegedly raping a specially abled girl.
Varun Nayyar was arrested on August 21 on allegations of raping a specilly abeled girl on pretext of giving a lift.
He was produced before Childrens court today and remanded to five days police custody.
