Nehru Yuva Kendra Organizes District Youth Parliament

Panaji:Nehru Yuva Kendra ,Panaji under Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports ,Govt. of India organized District Youth Parliament on 30th December 2020 at Nehru Yuva Kendra , Panjim ,Goa. Nehru Yuva Kendra Madgaon also participated in the event. District Youth Parliament is a part of National Youth Festival 2021.The winner of the event will go to the state level and thereafter to the National level. First, second and Third Winner at National Level will get a prize money of 2 Lakh,1.5 Lakh,1 Lakh respectively.Raju Gawas was the winner from Panaji district and Priyanka kadam was the first runner up .Swati Mishra won from Madgaon district and Prem Kumar was the first Runner up .All Four winners will now compete at state level and a total of three will be selected who will represent goa state at national level .Out of three one will get a chance to speak in national youth festival at Central Hall ,New Delhi in the presence of honourable Prime Minister of India and other two will be the viewer at Central Hall in National youth Parliament.The Winners were selected by the Jury having Imminent personality including Academician ,Renowned Artist, Government servant and a Journalist.
