PANAJI: Health Minister Vishwajit Rane his key focus is expansion of NICU capacity at from 15 to 30 beds.
Rane held a discussion on enhancing the Pediatric and Neonatal Resource Centre (PNRC) to provide timely care and early interventions for our children.
Joined by Secretary Health Arun Kumar Mishra, Dean GMC Dr. Bandekar, Additional Secretary Trupthi Manerkar, Under Secretaries Gautami Parmekar and Pooja Madkaikar, Director GMC Nathine Araujo, and HOD Paediatrics Dr. Vaishali, we explored transformative steps to uplift child healthcare.
A key focus was the expansion of NICU capacity at GMC from 15 to 30 beds, a step that will ensure critical care for our youngest and most vulnerable.
