PANAJI: Nikil P. Parit will represent Goa University at the Khelo India University Games 2022, which will be held in Four cities across Uttar Pradesh – Lucknow, Varanasi, Greater Noida and Gorakhpur – will host a majority of events. Only the shooting events are scheduled in New Delhi from May 25th to June 3rd, 2023.
Nikhil P. Parit was among the top 8 athletes selected during the All India Inter University Judo Men Championship 2022-23 for Khelo India University Games 2022.
The discipline of Judo for Men at Khelo India University Games 2022 will be held from May 31st to June 3rd, 2023, at BBD University – Main Ground, Lucknow.
The farewell function for the team was organised on May 18th 2023, at Sports Section, Goa University, in the presence of Balachandra Jadar, Asst. Director of Physical Education and Sports, Goa University, Dr Shailendra R.Gaonkar, Assistant Sports Officer, Goa University, Avidh Morajkar, Assistant Sports Officer, Goa University along with Shivkaran Kewat, Team Coach cum Manager
