MAPUSA: The entire North District police staff was briefed in detail by the superior officers at Porvorim on Monday.
A meeting was held in Pundalik Devasthan, Porvorim, wherein SP North Nidhin Valsan, IPS, briefed the Police Inspectors, Sub-Inspectors, Constables and other staff of North District with regard to precautions, duties and other issues.
The staff have imparted the importance and the security threats about the G-20 summit and security issues.
SP North also heard the grievances of the staff during the interactive session and assured the staff to look into the issues.
The meeting was attended by SDPO Mapusa Jivba Dalvi, DySP Braz Menezes, SDPO Porvorim Vishwesh Karpe and other officers.
